Meet Our Team.

Dr. Linda Stolfo

graduated Cum Laude from Wittenberg University with a B.S. in Biology.  She received her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  She has received many honors in her clinical rotations both in Pediatric Care and Low Vision, at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia.  In 2003, in an effort to maintain work and family balance, she founded EYEMAX OPTOMETRY, PPL.  Dr. Stolfo married her college sweetheart, and is the proud mother of three boys.  She is a wife and mother, daughter, and friend.

Nicholas Pallas

graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Business Administration.  He received his MBA in Finance from Kent State University, and is a non-practicing, certified, public accountant.  Nick has worked as an optician for 20 years.  In his free time, he is an avid saltwater fisherman.  Recently, his fishing team "EYEreels", placed 4th in Artificial, in the Carteret Community College Charity Fishing Tournament.  Nick understands the importance of quality vision through quality lenses.  You deserve better and Nick will see to that!

Katherine

currently works at our office since 2022.  She is from Raleigh, NC, and was a patient of ours since she was little.  Katherine is currently taking courses through Wake Tech and will transfer to ECU to get her undergrad in sports medicine before continuing on to optometry school. She enjoys helping patients pick out frames powerlifting and the Highland Games.  She has eight gold medals in her division!

Amy

currently works at our office since 2025.  She is from Raleigh, NC!  Amy graduated from Millbrook High School in 2021. She studied Biology at WCU and Pembroke! Amy is the women's wrestling coach for Millbrook High, which is also where she won the state championship. She likes to hangout with her pups and loves to cook! 

Brooke

worked at our office from 2021-2024.  She is from Raleigh, NC, and was a patient of ours since she was little.  Brooke graduated Cum Laude from UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Biology.  She is currently in optometry school at NOVA Southeastern University College of Optometry, graduating in 2028.  She enjoys reading, volunteering, and spending time with her cat, Nala!

Julian

worked at our office from 2022-2024.  He is from Raleigh, NC.  Julian graduated from Campbell University with a B.S. in Biomedical Humanities and a minor in Health Communications. He’s now continuing his education at the University of Pittsburgh, where he’s studying Prosthetics and Orthotics. He enjoys playing brass instruments, in particular the Trumpet and the Euphonium.  He is also an advid outdoorsman who loves to fish and hike!


 

Lizzy

worked at our office from 2021-2022.  She is from Winston-Salem, NC.  Lizzy grtaduated from NC State University with a degree in Biology.  She is currently in optometry school at NOVA Southeastern University College of Optometry, graduating in 2027. She enjoys working out, reading, as well as traveling!

Wrenn

worked at our office from 2020-2021.  He is from Raleigh, NC.  Wrenn graduated from Lynchburg University with a B.S. in Biology and recieved his masters in Biomedical Sciences from East Carolina University.  He is currently in medical school at VCOM, graduating in 2027.  He enjoys playing sports, especially soccer and pickleball, as well as, walking his dog, Candace!
