Meet Our Team.

Dr. Linda Stolfo

graduated Cum Laude from Wittenberg University with a B.S. in Biology.  She received her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  She has received many honors in her clinical rotations both in Pediatric Care and Low Vision, at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia.  In 2003, in an effort to maintain work and family balance, she founded EYEMAX OPTOMETRY, PPL.  Dr. Stolfo married her college sweetheart, and is the proud mother of three boys.  She is a wife and mother, daughter, and friend.

Nicholas Pallas

graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Business Administration.  He received his MBA in Finance from Kent State University, and is a non-practicing, certified, public accountant.  Nick has worked as an optician for 20 years.  In his free time, he is an avid saltwater fisherman.  Recently, his fishing team "EYEreels", placed 4th in Artificial, in the Carteret Community College Charity Fishing Tournament.  Nick understands the importance of quality vision through quality lenses.  You deserve better and Nick will see to that!

Lizzy

currently works at our office since 2021.  She is from Winston-Salem, NC.  Lizzy is currently majoring in Biology at NC State University, and is planning on attending optometry school in 2023.  She enjoys working out, reading, as well as traveling!

 

Brooke

currently works at our office since 2021.  She is from Raleigh, NC and was a patient of ours since she was little.  Brooke recently graduated Cum Laude from UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Biology.  She is currently taking a few science classes at NC State, and is planning on attending optometry school in 2024.  She enjoys hiking and spending time with her animals!

Caroline

worked at our office from 2016-2020.  She is from Raleigh, NC.  Caroline graduated from UNC Wilmington with a B.S. in Biology.  She is currently in her 3rd year of optometry school at Kentucky College of Optometry, graduating in 2024.  She enjoys reading, golfing, and live music!
 

Jessica

worked at our office from 2019-2021.  She is from Red Springs, NC.  Jessica graduated from NC State University as a Goodnight Scholar with a degree in Animal Nutrition Science.  She is currently in her 2nd year of optometry school at Southern College of Optometry, graduating in 2025.  She enjoys running and traveling!

Sidney

worked at our office from 2021-2022, and assisted our office with disabilities exams through the Veterans Administration.  She is from Kinston, NC.  Sidney graduated from NC State University with a degree in Human Biology.  She is currently in her 1st year of optometry school at Salus University, Accelerated Scholars program, graduating in 2025.  She enjoys watching plays, movies, and traveling!

Sami

interned at our office in 2022.  She is from Raleigh, NC.  Sami  graduated from Queen's University of Charlotte with a degree in Biology.  She is currently in her 2nd year of optometry school at Salus University, graduating in 2025.  She enjoys playing soccer as well as baking!
